Limitation of Liability

All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). By agreeing to these Terms, you waive the right to a trial by jury or class action.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware. Any disputes not subject to arbitration will be resolved in Delaware courts.
Termination
