How to Create Low-Stakes Homework with StarQuiz

Go to Your Class and Click Create Assessment

• Navigate to your class dashboard and click Create Assessment.

Select a Method

• Lecture Recording: Upload your recorded lesson, and StarQuiz will generate questions based on the content covered.

• File Upload: Upload a worksheet, study guide, or other materials, and StarQuiz will convert them into a quiz.

Review and Edit the Questions

• Ensure questions align with your teaching objectives and make any necessary adjustments.

Publish the Quiz

• Once saved, publish the quiz after class. Let students know they need to complete the assessment at home.

View Homework Results in Analytics

• After students submit their responses, go to the Assessments tab to review detailed reports. These include individual performance and class-wide trends, helping you provide targeted support.

Managing Grades in the LMS

• Teachers can manually add student scores to their LMS after reviewing the homework results.

• Alternatively, you can connect StarQuiz to your school’s LMS to automatically sync grades, attendance, and analytics.
